The location is excellent. disappointingly, the room was small but after looking at two others we decided to stay with the allocated room. We were unable to get a King size bed, only two together. Not a tragedy. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and more than enough with a good variety on offer. WiFi was intermittent and not always reliable. One disappointment was that only cardboard cups are provided. these were never changed during 5 days despite being clearly broken from regular use. For a 5 stay hotel this is not good enough.

The room faced the street with double glazed, opening doors and was spacious for a twin bed room. The staff were courteous each time we came in and out of the hotel, and obliging when we asked for an iron and ironing board. The hotel wad in a great location in the Gothic district, so easy to walk to the waterfront, La Rambla and all the cafes and restaurants of the Gothic area. It was lovely to be part of the action of the area and to hear the bells of the Cathedral ringing.

We booked a room for 2 adults & 2 children. Normally in these rooms the kids are on a double pull-out sofa bad, however they both had a single bed. It was an excellent size & extremely clean. Great location for Las Ramblas & catching the hop-on/hop-off bus. Our luggage didn't arrive on our flight & the staff were so helpful by providing emergency toiletries.

Location! In the middle of the gotic block, close to so many good restaurants, public transportation, historic structures and attractions. The crew was kind and great. We wanted to start the day early so they offered a nice breakfast for only 10 euro. The room was so clean! And the view was amazing right on top of the plaza.

Ofer

The location of this hotel so close to the centre and to La Rambla, El Born and El Ravel was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast included in the price was very good with a large variety of dishes. Staff were friendly and happy to help with any issues. Rooms cleaned thoroughly every day.
